Allan is a director of BCA logic Pty Ltd and has been a building surveyor for 32 years and a Fire safety engineer for 22 years. All has provided consultancy for many years on all types of buildings and has been providing seminars on the BCA since 2004. Allan specialises in fire safety defects in residential buildings and legal matters relation to regulation compliance, which on many occasions relate to interpretations and application of the BCA.
