• There may not be time for the ‘expert’ to respond to all attendee questions.
• Primary questions will be responded to first during the webinar. If time permits, secondary questions will be responded to after which, again time permitting, live questions may be enabled.
• If time permits, the 'expert' may 'open up' the presentation and ask if attendees have any other questions. In which case, these will be responded to in order of the time the questions were asked.
• Time constraints may prevent the expert from answering all primary questions.  
• The ‘expert’ may not be able to respond to, or provide, adequate guidance to all questions (i.e. due to difficulty of question or complexity of question/scenario or that the legislation, code or standards may not be concise or logical).
• Complex questions relating to a specific application to a specific building may not be able to be responded to provided a detailed response.
• The ‘expert’ may be unwilling or unable to respond to certain questions, if they have a conflict of interest.
• Responses provided by the ‘expert’ are for guidance only.
• Responses provided by the ‘expert’ are the ‘experts’ opinion only.
• Responses provided by the ‘expert’ are not necessarily the opinion of FPA Australia.
• Responses provided by the ‘expert’ should not be acted on without being verified by the attendee themselves using the relevant legislation, code, standards, etc.
• To be as fair as possible to all attendees, the time for each question and response may be restricted.
• Some responses may be from the expert or provided to the audience by FPA Australia.
• The opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of any organisation with which the author is associated (including FPA Australia).  You should interpret the Technical opinion or information provided carefully and consider the context of how this opinion / information will be used in conjunction with the requirements of regulation (state and/or federal); relevant standards, codes or specifications; certification; accreditation; manufacturer’s documentation and advice; and any other relevant requirements, instructions or guidelines.
