George Nikolas holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. As Technical Services Manager, liaises with architects, engineers and other specifiers, to provide value added design guidance and product solutions in residential and commercial / industrial projects. George heads CSR DesignLINK, offering value added advise and project support to a range of project building stakeholders, as well as CSR Gyprock and Cemintel Engineering Systems Development, responsible for product research and development and compliance.

Michael Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Structural) working initially in structural engineering consulting and has worked in various technical engineering roles within CSR for over 28 years. Michael has extensive experience in product and systems Research and Development, and as Building Systems Engineer for CSR Gyprock and Cemintel, is responsible for undertaking testing for material and system performance compliance to standards and the building code that covers structural, acoustic and fire system compliance. Michael is also responsible for the preparation of CSR technical product and system information manuals.
