Rhondel Johannessen
Rhondel holds a Master of Education and Diploma in OH&S. She has been in the fire protection industry for over 22 years and is the Founder and Managing Director of DELTRA Australia, an RTO specialising in the delivery of Fire Safety Training.
Rhondel is involved in various committees within the industry including being the Chair of the TAC/17 - Emergency Planning for over 6 years and the FPA Australia representative on the Standards committee for over 10 years. Rhondel is also currently Vice President of the FPA Australia Board of Directors.

Jeff Marriott
An industry professional with over 16 years of experience specialising as an Emergency Planning Consultant. Capability developed through vast experiences, ranging from a professional operations background in fire management; direct emergency planning facilitation to corporations, commercial facilities and industries ranging from health care, construction and manufacturing in addition to managing Federal and State government projects.
A long time pro-active member of the Fire Protection Association of Australia including shaping the industry from within the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC 17 Emergency Planning and Training). I see my involvement in the industry ever evolving through mutual working relationships always focused on professional integrity to deliver at a higher expectation.

Hank Van Ravenstein
Hank is the Principal Advisor for the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services. He has managed at a high level the fire risk management policy, strategy and principles and regulatory compliance for the Department. Represented the Department on several executive and other high-level discussions and committees on fire risk management, emergency essential safety measures and regulatory compliance.
Managed and developed a number of highly-successful projects to develop comprehensive policies and framework for the Department, including the Fire and Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedures and Training Framework and the Capital Development Guidelines, Series 7 - Fire Risk Management 2013. He is a highly experience and accomplished fire safety and risk management professional with an outstanding track record of performance in government agencies and private sector companies and including as an independent consultant and specialist. He holds an Executive Master of Public Administration which has further developed his ability in the formation of policies.
He has also co-authored several publications on Fire Safety of Hospitals, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Management of Vulnerable Persons in Bushfire Prone Areas and Vertical Evacuation of Vulnerable Persons in Buildings.
