What you should know and check for!
Passive fire protection is a required essential life safety measure that provides barriers to restrict and contain a fire to a limited area within a building.
However, doorways are usually required in these barriers for the access and egress of occupants within the building. Therefore, it is critical that these required doorways in these barriers have the required protection (fire doors and smoke doors) to avoid the spread of fire and smoke throughout the building.
To ensure that the required protection is compliant and the products conform, you should have a very good understanding of the design, testing, installation, servicing and NCC requirements for these fire and smoke doors.
If you approve, design, install, inspect or assess fire doors or smoke doors within buildings, you will find this event very informative.
This webinar will cover and explain:
How confident are you that the fire doors and smoke doors you are approving, designing, installing, assessing or servicing are compliant, installed correctly and continue to operate and perform, as required?
If you have questions in relation to these points, are unsure of key requirements or wish to improve your knowledge, then you should find this webinar to be very informative. It will provide information and advice on the important points detailed above.
